Refund policy

At Leafy Little Things, we put a lot of care into every blend we create, and we truly hope you love every sip. That said, here’s how returns and refunds work if something doesn’t feel quite right.

Returns

Returns are accepted only with a valid reason and must be approved by Leafy Little Things FZE-LLC.

If you change your mind, we may offer a refund or exchange at our discretion. Items must be returned unopened, in their original packaging, and in good condition. Because tea is an agricultural product and crafted in small batches, opened products cannot be resold or returned.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.

Refunds will be issued only to the original mode of payment.
